Free freight document parser.

A bill of lading, rate confirmation, POD, carrier invoice or packing list goes in; the fields come out as data you can download, each one pointing at the spot on the page it was read from. No account, no email. Three documents a day, and the file is discarded the moment it is read.

What to try it on

The tool is tuned for the paperwork that moves with a truckload: the bill of lading from the shipper's dock, the rate confirmation you sent the carrier, the signed proof of delivery, the carrier invoice that arrives a week later, and the packing list or commercial invoice on an import. Standard formats read almost completely; a phone photo taken at a dock at night reads worse, and the confidence scores say where.

What to do with the result

Reading the page is the easy part. Once the numbers are data, the useful work is comparing them: does the invoice match the rate confirmation, is there an accessorial nobody authorized, did the POD note a shortage that never became a claim. The guide on auditing a carrier invoice walks through those checks; LogiPilot Docs runs them on every document that lands in a workspace inbox.

FAQ

Questions about the parser.

What documents does it read?

Bills of lading, rate confirmations, proofs of delivery, carrier invoices, packing lists and commercial invoices, as PDFs or photos up to 10 MB. It returns the parties, references, dates, weights, line items and totals it finds, each with a confidence score and its location on the page.

Is the file stored?

No. The document is parsed and discarded. It is not kept and not used to train models. The only thing that persists is the CSV you download.

How accurate is it?

A clean scan of a standard document comes back nearly complete; a phone photo of a crumpled POD will miss things, and low-confidence values are flagged so a person checks them. That review step is the point: the tool shows its work rather than passing numbers through silently.

What happens after the three free documents?

LogiPilot Docs gives a workspace 300 pages free for 30 days, with email forwarding, templates per document type, review and export to Excel or your TMS. Paid plans start at $99 a month.
