Check the carrier before you send the rate con.

Sample carrier records.

Read the transcript

Would you send a rate con to this carrier?

LogiPilot Cover checks a carrier against the FMCSA record before you send the rate confirmation. Here are the five things it does.

Check the carrier

First, check the carrier. Authority and insurance can change at any time, so check every new carrier before its first load.

Let's say a carrier you've never worked with offers to haul your Dallas load. Enter their MC number, add the phone and email they gave you, and run the check.

Cover pulls the official record: operating status, authority, and the insurance filings on file. Every line shows its source and how current it is.

Compare what they told you

Second, compare what they told you. A real MC number can come with someone else's phone and email.

Here, the phone number they gave you doesn't match the one on file. In fact, it's listed on a different carrier's record. So the next step is clear: call the official number before you book.

Check an email

Third, check an email. Load offers often arrive by email, and the sender isn't always who they seem.

Just forward the email as an attachment to [email protected]. Cover writes back with what it found: replies would go to a Gmail address, and the sender's domain is only a week old. The check is saved to your workspace, too.

See problems at a glance

Fourth, see problems at a glance. You shouldn't have to read the whole record to spot a dealbreaker.

Here's a different carrier. It's out of service, its insurance was cancelled, and its phone number also sits on an older, inactive record.

Watch carriers you use again

And finally, watch the carriers you use again. A carrier that checked out last month can lose its insurance this week.

Turn on a watch, and Cover re-reads the record every day and emails you when something changes. Here, Shenvale lost its liability insurance, and its phone and email changed.

Check, compare, screen, and watch, all before the rate con goes out. That's LogiPilot Cover. Start free at logipilot.ai.

Track every load without a driver app.

A fictional day of loads; the check call is reenacted.

Read the transcript

Stop calling drivers just to ask where they are.

LogiPilot Ping tracks your loads without a driver app. Here are the five things it does.

Add a load

First, add a load. Tracking starts with the driver's phone number, not an app install.

Enter the lane, the appointment windows, and the driver's cell. Confirm the carrier's rate con carries the consent clause for texts, and add the load.

The driver's side

Second, the driver's side. Drivers don't want another app, but they do read their texts.

Ping texts the driver a link. One tap opens a page with no login and nothing to install. He taps Loaded, shares his location, and the update lands on your board. At delivery, the same page takes a photo of the signed POD.

When the driver goes quiet

Third, when a driver goes quiet, Ping follows up so you don't have to.

At eleven thirty, Ping sends a check text. Thirty minutes with no reply, and it places a short check call.

Reenacted call

Ping (AI): Hi, this is Ping calling for Marrowdale Logistics about load BRF-2063, the Dallas to Nashville load. Quick check: where are you right now?

Driver: Just past Little Rock on 40.

Ping (AI): Got it. Is the truck loaded?

Driver: Yeah, I'm loaded.

Ping (AI): What time do you expect to be at the receiver in Nashville?

Driver: Tomorrow, around eight.

Ping (AI): Thanks, that's all. Drive safe.

The answers go straight onto the load: Little Rock, loaded, and delivering tomorrow around eight.

Only the loads that need you

Fourth, the exception list. Instead of checking every load, you see only the ones that need you.

Here, one driver hasn't answered two texts or two calls, one load is running late, and one driver reported a reefer problem. The seven loads on track stay folded away.

Keep the shipper posted

And finally, keep your shipper posted without picking up the phone.

The shipper gets an email at each milestone, with a live tracking link: the latest ETA and every update, but never the driver's number.

Add the load, and Ping texts, calls, and flags, so you only chase the loads that need it. That's LogiPilot Ping. Start free at logipilot.ai.

Turn logistics documents into structured data.

Sample documents; the reading is live.

Read the transcript

Stop retyping rate confirmations by hand.

LogiPilot Docs reads your freight documents and turns them into data your team can check and export. Here are the five things it does.

Bring documents in

First, bring documents in. Upload them, or forward the email they came in.

Upload the rate confirmation and the carrier invoice for load twenty fifty-one.

When the signed delivery receipt comes in by email, forward it to your workspace address, and it lands in the same inbox.

Let the AI read them

Second, the AI reads them. Each document is classified, and its fields are pulled out in seconds.

Rate confirmation, invoice, delivery receipt: each one gets its type and is ready for review.

Check against the original

Third, check every value against the original.

Click a field, and its value lights up on the page. Rate, consignee, rate con number: you check each one in a second.

Approve what's right

Fourth, approve what's right, so the team knows what's done.

One click marks the document approved, for everyone in the workspace.

Export the data

And finally, export the data where it needs to go.

Select the approved documents and export them to Excel. Each document type gets its own sheet, with a column for every field.

Upload, check, approve, and export. That's LogiPilot Docs. Start a free trial at logipilot.ai.

Which customers lost you money last quarter?

LogiPilot Analyst reads the export your TMS already makes and answers questions about your business in plain English. Here are the five things it does.

Upload your TMS export

First, upload the export your TMS already makes. There's nothing to integrate.

Pick the file. The AI reads the headers and sample rows, proposes where each column goes, and shows what the import will yield.

Everything lines up, so import it. Fifteen hundred loads are in, and the mapping is saved for next week.

Ask in plain English

Second, ask a question the way you'd ask your controller.

Which customers had the lowest margin last quarter? Falthorn Steel comes first, with a negative margin.

Check every number

Third, check where every number comes from.

Each answer shows its formula, the dates it covers, and how much of your data went into it.

Open the loads behind Falthorn Steel. Every load from Texas to Illinois lost money.

Turn it into a report

Fourth, turn the answer into a report that shows up on its own.

Save it as a report, add who should get it, and schedule it for every Monday morning.

Share with your shipper

And finally, share a quarterly review with your shipper.

Pick Eldarcott Foods and preview its quarterly review: volume, on-time delivery, lanes, and detention billed.

Create a link for their logistics manager. Eldarcott sees its own loads under your brand, without your margin or costs.

Upload, ask, check, and share. That's LogiPilot Analyst. Start a free trial at logipilot.ai.

Practice cold calls before they count.

A fictional team; the shipper and the grading are live, and the rep's lines are AI-written.

Read the transcript

Can your new rep handle a shipper who says they already have a broker?

LogiPilot Dial lets your reps practice cold calls with AI shippers and carriers, and grades every call. Here are the five things it does.

Pick a call

First, pick a call. Every level is a situation brokers really face, from the front desk to the owner who got burned.

There are eight cold-call levels and four carrier calls. Alex has passed the first two, so 'We already have a broker' is up next.

Make the call

Second, make the call. The AI shipper pushes back like a real one, so reps can stumble here instead of on a real prospect.

Tom is friendly, and he says he's covered. Alex doesn't argue. He asks where the current setup falls short.

Then he asks to back up that one lane, and books a callback with a day and a time.

See the score

Third, see the score. Every point ties back to something the rep actually said.

The scorecard shows the total, the moment the call turned, and each skill on the rubric, with the line that earned it.

Grade to your playbook

Fourth, grade to your own playbook, not a generic one.

Paste your talk track, and Dial pulls out the opener, the objection answers, and what reps must and must never say. Every call after that is graded against it.

Coach the team

And finally, coach the team. Managers see who's improving and who's stuck.

The owner sees each rep's level, average, and last call. Sam is stuck on level four, so it goes on this week's must-practice list.

Practice the call before it counts. That's LogiPilot Dial. Try a free call at logipilot.ai.
